WANTED: Men Of Education Not Certificate

The main purpose of education is to change people behaviour through learning so that they can deliver value, both to their lives, and to the society, it is not mere acquisition of knowledge or certificate, thus this are incidental, the ultimate goal of education is to revolutionize societal life through the delivery of values and novel, ideas and ideal.
Education is not always about earning a certificate but development of potentials and ability which ultimately leads to the delivery of values, as in the case of
(1) BILL GATES: (Chairman and investor of Microsoft) : Who did not complete a university degree is now known and recognize to have made unparalleled contribution to humanity.
(2) HENRY FORD: America entrepreneur per excellence, the patriarch of Ford Automobile Company, the first in history to mass produce automobile reportedly said "You can burn down my factory or take away all my infrastructure but give me my men and I will raise up the company anew. Henry Ford did not have a certificate but have men of education with vision who were value-driven, therefore men of education are men of Vision, virtue and value. And this is what men of education have.

PERSONAL CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT
This is the antinode to the ravaging unemployment crisis confronting the youths in this generation. This because it will not only delivers value but will provide a preoccupation for the mind which will stem the tide of tendency towards social vices such as crime, violence, terrorism, cultism and doping. A youth who is committed to do educational values will  rarely have any time spared for frivolous living and unplanned future. In any generation education and the educated are always accorded pride of place, while skilled man power is attributed to the well educated. Thus potentially the educated stands on top of the social economic class. Somebody said "the prosperity of a nation is not a function of it military might nor the vastness of its natural resources but on it's men of education & culture", going by this statement, how many  African nations can be said to be truly prosperous? With our vast resources in Africa today the bulk population still languish under poverty, sickness, disease, with per capital income of less than $1, this situation can only experience a dramatic revolutional change if education is given a priority, this call for concerted effort of all stake holders including government, educational institutions, community leaders, policy makers, entrepreneurs, parent and so on.
In conclusion, education is a sine qua non of human societal development. As an individual, you are a stake holder in the actualization and delivery of educational values of your generation, your generation to come and generation after will never forget you for your legacy.
